Last 30-days of income, and 3 months bank statements

What are the income or credit requirements?

No credit requirements, but we do require applicants for conventional homes to make 3x monthly rent and Essential Housing applicants to make 2.5x monthly rent.

How do I apply?

Prospective tenants can apply online or in person.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes.

How long does the approval process take?

3-5 business days for conventional and 5-7 for essential.

Proof of renters insurance, electricity, and prorated amounts due in the form of a cashier's check.

Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?

We do not allow subleasing and we do allow residents to transfer.

What is your move-out policy?

60-day notice is required per the TAA Lease.

The community offers a pool, 24- hour fitness center, business center, dog park, meeting room, mail center, package locker system, and tv room.
